   Have been to The George on a few occasions and have always found the staff welcoming , polite and courteous. The food and selection of meals is excellent. Would thoroughly recommend The George

   WE had a great evening at The George Unn. The service was absolutely spot on we never felt rushed but also the staff were there when needed. The food was excellent the cod loin was perfectly prepared and the steak cooked perfectly. Overall a great dining experience and we will be back

   It was our first time visiting the George Inn (and booked partly based on recent reviews). WOW - so impressed. Best Sunday lunch we have eaten out in a very very long time. Ambience was lovely, Kiki and front of house staff provided excellent service. Huge compliments to chefs/kitchen team - food was superb ! I would just say that the photos I found on-line (again, was looking prior to booking) didn't do the pub justice - it was so cosy, welcoming and full of character. We loved the pub and the experience - we will be back again soon. Thank you.

    Another fantastic work lunch at The George. Service was great from Kiki and the fish, schnitzel and pie of the day were all great dishes and super value for money at less than &20/person). Thanks to Ryan the chef and the rest of the team x
