We do have a lot of fun at Georgia Sea Grill, but we take our commitment to the freshest ingredients very seriously. That's why we grow our own. Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Once perfectly-plated with locally-sourced seafood, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or our own Satilla Ponds farm-raised catfish, you will see and taste the difference that locally-grown brings to the table.

We did not appreciate being told we had to leave our table as there was a reservation. We did not have a chance to even finish our wine. It really spoiled an otherwise nice dining experience.

We usually sit at the bar and Alex, the bartender is outstanding. So is the young woman who works with him and the Young woman who tends the side bar. You won't find a better fillet anywhere, and the house wine is excellent.

Service spot on professional and knowledgeable. April and Robert recommendations were hands down everything my husband and I loved. We started with an app Marinated shrimp lightly chilled with a delightful fresh marinating sauce with capers . Very fresh, nice texture to shrimp. Halibut and Snapper fish prepared Chefs way with asparagus and little freshly roasted potatoes were delicious! Drinks “peach martini “ refreshing!! Desserts all homemade “wanted everyone” settled for butterscotch crème brûlée! To die for if you are a butterscotch fan! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Made the small plate Mussels and was blown away; the broth had amazing flavor and really complemented the very tender mussels. The pianist provided a great mood with excellent talent.

We’re from the Boston area and eat mostly seafood which is why this is our favorite restaurant on Saint Simons. Our waiter, Justus went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend Georgia SeaGrill even if you don’t eat seafood.

The food is great and service outstanding however, this trip was disappointing as we were seated next to a very loud, annoying party and were unable to even have a conversation during dinner. I made reservations far in advance and felt the manager should’ve addressed the situation or offered to move us.

We enjoyed a birthday dinner; the waitstaff presented us a card with birthday wishes. Appetizer of fried green tomatoes, a simple dish, perfectly fried with two excellent remoulade sauces. Seared mahi over roasted fingerling potatoes, spinach, zucchini and cauliflower and a mild white sauce. Buttermilk cake with strawberry jam and whipped cream. Sound level in the room was moderate requiring raised voice occasionally to be heard. Service was attentive, courteous, first-rate. Simple, excellent food elegantly served. I look forward to our next visit.
