    We were ahead of schedule so seated ourselves as the sign said. The initial person that came to the table had a mask on only covering her mouth and never spoke and pretty much threw the cutlery at each of us. Our waitress was very good as well as the food.

    We ordered from the Valentine's menu. Everything was EXCELLENT Wish Gateway always had those steaks

    Ceasar salad was great baby back ribs were all bone and the parts that had meat boot leather

    Meals are generally great. I’ve mentioned this before but the gravy needs some work. Very oily and thin. Beef gravy is moderate, but the chicken gravy is terrible. Overall, quite pleased with the serving size and the staff are outstanding.

    Great meal, must be a new chef though, not prepared as well as it has been in the past. Undercooked onions and chewy slaw. However, still a 9 out of 10.

    Excellent meal, everything was delicious, except the gravy on the hot chicken sandwich. They must be using a different formula because previously it was also terrific. Overall though, a great dinner.

    Normally this a great place to dine, however, this experience was way below usual. Three of us ordered different entrees, one, the shrimp Alfredo, the sauce was way too watery. The second, fish and chips, far too much undercooked batter. My order, hot chicken sandwich was not covered in gravy, but what looked like beige water. Completely soaking the bread. The server took it back and the new serving was thicker but still tasted awful, absolutely no gravy flavour. I was using my Gateway comps for the meals so maybe I shouldn’t complain, but really, those meals were dreadful. The staff, as always, were on line for perfection.
