Amazing food and chef recommended. Worth a special trip. We went for lunch and the restaurant is naturally lit with an open roof. My wife is Indian and was very impressed!!

Thoroughly disappointing. We've always made an effort to re-try this restaurant every so often, since in the past, the owners always seemed so willing to receive and incorporate feedback. And we desperately want a decent Asian restaurant in town so we don’t have to keep cooking our own meals. But this will be our last time here. I am a fan of the various regional Indian, Chinese, and Indo-Chinese cuisines and I know the flavors, variations and cooking techniques well. And importantly, I know which ingredients simply cannot be substituted. (For example, no one would think using bell pepper in place of the numbing-hot hua jiao is appropriate for a Sichuan noodle dish). For us, an Indo-Chinese buffet was advertised. And that's why we went to this restaurant. But when we got there, no buffet existed. Then we learned only 3 dishes were being offered: Hakka noodles, chili chicken, and fried rice. We ordered the Hakka noodles and chili chicken. Now, I didn’t expect homemade hand-pulled alkaline noodles. But al dente SPAGHETTI noodles? We felt duped. And it was bland. The chili chicken was worse though, aggressively acidic, and not remotely related to any chili chicken I’ve ever had in any part of Asia. It was heavily sauced and tasted like a blend of tamarind, lemon juice, and vinegar. It left my husband’s mouth raw--not from capsaicin (there wasn’t much/any chiles)--but from the ACID. We took one bite of each plate and went home to eat. I’m sure there are plenty of people who do not care that the food isn’t what’s advertised, or perhaps some are simply more interested in ambience than in authenticity. That's fine. But different cuisines exist because they’re fundamentally *different*, and I’m tired of restaurants hoodwinking diners with promises of something that can’t be delivered. If you can’t cook it well, if you can't find the right knowledge workers or ingredients... please don’t offer it to your diners.

We had the tandoori chicken taco which we did not care for at all. Our entrees were chicken Tikka masala and shrimp coconut curry which were both excellent.

Really good food, great service and beautiful atmosphere. One of our favorite places to escape for a late afternoon meal in San Miguel.

6 of us dined and experienced different dishes. I had the shrimp curry which was excellent and abundant. 5 of us said the food was good but not exceptional. Service was very slow and the one waiter was inexperienced. We called on Adrian the Director who rectified the situation.

Food was bland - certainly not expected from a place that serves Indian + Mexican fusion… Service was bad - we actually left after having just the appetizers because the server never came to take out main course order even after us asking twice

The food was excellent, especially the nopal pakoras and coconut shrimp. The service had some problems, especially when the server brought a main dish we did not order and left out the bread we ordered. Even after the unordered entree was returned, it still appeared on our bill and then had to be deleted. This was our first blip after multiple visits here.

Great food. Great service. Great ambiance. Really enjoyed every dish. Our table ordered the Ghar platter, shrimp curry, shrimp lassooni, and a saag panela. Everything was fantastic. Looking forward to the next time we are in town.
