Experience the finest seafood, fresh sumptuous chilled oysters, large choice of the freshest fish, and Gibbys’ expertly aged delectable steaks, cooked to perfection. We lavish our guests the moment we seat them, with complimentary oven fresh bread, crunchy dill pickles, croutons and bacon crumble.     The staff and food at Gibby’s was great. I was a little disappointed as I had booked with a note that we were celebrating a birthday and there were a few people that got special birthday desserts. We decided on the chocolate cake and it was still delicious.

    Great food in great company. I mentioned we were there for my son’s 33rd birthday and they brought a cake and took a picture of our group at no extra charge. The service was amazing. Thanks to Mathieu and his colleagues. Thanks gang for an amazing evening… Extra thanks from our pickle lovers 😉

    Gibby’s never disappoints! The Oysters Rockefeller were some of the best I’ve ever had—rich, flavourful, and perfectly baked. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, and packed with flavour. On top of that, the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for a top-tier steakhouse with incredible seafood options, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back!

    Well-cooked large steaks in an elegantly-lit old stable with excellent service and some of the best Monte Carlo baked potatoes you’ll ever taste. Old school sensibility and seldom disappoints.

    Havent been there in 30 years. The food was as memorable as ever - the escargot was still great! The service at the just the right pace, server very friendly to us non french speaking people and atmosphere - perfect ambiance.
