   Absolutely brilliant service really friendly and personable. Food was outstanding up there with one of the best Sunday lunches we have had. Totally recommend we will return thank you.

   Very nice choice of Sunday dinner . Good vegetable side dishes . Plenty of gravy. Massive Yorkshire pudding . It was a bit too much for one person but couldn’t fault it at all . Very nice starter of liver parfait with brioche and an onion relish . Great value for money

   Had to change time of booking as running late most helpful staff, table for two one ordered a starter which was delicious soup other decided to wait for main, after an hours wait for mains waitress apologised saying they where serving meals upstairs in the bar so it was really busy, waitress brought a large complimentary glass of wine for the wait! Food was delicious and very filling with probably the best gravy around definitely worth another trip back.

   We always have Sunday dinner later on in the day and booked for 5pm. Nice and quiet with excellent service and only cauliflower cheese missing off the menu. Normally there’s always at least one main off in other places so very impressed. Food was amazing with plenty of veg and gravy. We’ll definitely be back!

   We ate after the rush at 3PM. The Sunday lunch was really good with plenty of meat & veg. Very good service & nice relaxed atmosphere. Certainly recommend.

    My husband and I decided to try here for Sunday lunch and we werent disappointed.We both had lamb and it was cooked beautifully .Presentation was lovely and staff really helpful. Tiny criticism could have done with a bit more veg
