Everything was delicious- the chopped salad and arancini, the veal and sea scallops with shaved truffles were amazing. Having Chef Brian come to the table to shave them was a nice touch. And Caitlin, our waitress, made us feel special and well cared for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We received incredible service from our server Jose and the entire staff. We tried the meatballs, focaccia, arancini, ribeye, filet, mignon, chicken parmigiana, filet mignon sliders, scallop risotto, asparagus, brussels sprouts, double baked potato, banana gelato and the spumoni baked Alaska and several of their cocktails and enjoyed every bite and sip. The dining room boasts lovely views and the windows fill the space with light. It feels both spacious and cozy and coupled with the incredible service and food makes for a memorable meal we can’t wait to relive again.

We had an amazing dinner at Gibsons Italia for our 1st time to Chicago. Our server was Connor and he and the team did a great job w timing of food and never waiting for a drink. Restaurant was packed on this Saturday evening so volume of restaurant was high. Tables are pretty close together which adds to the quaintness but also creates it's own issues. Perhaps some softer materials hanging from ceiling to help dampen the sound a little would be creative and helpful. Good was served perfectly and tasted amazing. Highly recommend Gibsons.

I dined at Gibson's Italia with a party of 9 the day of The Festival of Lights. The views are stunning and the food phenomenal. The service was top notch all around. Our server Lydia was awesome. The steaks, seafood, pasta, and desserts were all excellent.

One of the workers told my friend whose birthday it was that he didn’t like her outfit, without anyone asking. As she was taking photos he walked past and said “I like your outfit, SIKE” and kept walking.

I came here to celebrate a very special milestone for me. The ambiance and food were amazing, I would definitely come visit again - if it weren't for the service. I was expecting not only a superior atmosphere but also superior service. However, our server was being very biased and had minimal communication with us. There was no explanation of menu items and we were kept waiting very long pauses between drinking, appetizers, courses, and the check. We also noticed what seemed like gossiping regarding the table with another server. I am overall disappointed in the service, I do feel it was minimal and there was disregard towards us.
