                                                                                            What a unique and amazing dining experience. Loved the ambience and decor. We asked the owner to order us our tapas and instead of just ordering he came back with a list to make sure everyone was good with it. The service was very quick and always attentive. The menu had a lot of things we had never had before and their own take on favorites like potato bravas. The owner stopped by several times to check on us. Felt like you were in someone's home. Highly recommend

                                                                                            Sent the steak back. It was the worst steak I have ever received in my life. Tough, chewy and way overcooked. Then it still showed up on the bill…. Ridiculous for something that wasn’t right. Wine and Croquettes were good. Service was decent except they didn’t bring out our 2nd bottle of wine until after our meal was over which I turned away.

We ate on New Year’s Eve and drink selection was limited; could only choose from 4 cocktails, even though we ate at 6:30 pm and the restaurant was not yet busy. . Dishes removed from our table by over-zealous staff before we had finished eating! Even without these service failures I would not return as there is so much better food to be had in Barcelona

                                                                                            Gilda is a very cozy place. The owner is very pleasant person. Tapas are great as well as it's mixology. An experience you shouldn't miss.

It ticked all boxes …. great food, lovely ambience, lively & friendly staff & value for money. It would rank top of my recommended places to eat in Barcelona. Book it! You wont be disappointed.

                                                                                            We are so glad we found this fantastic restaurant nestled in the Gothic Quarter. If you want a creative menu instead of the same tapas you can get anywhere, make this fun spot a must-try in Barcelona.
