   When we arrived a lovely girl showed us to our table and our waiter introduced himself ,we gave our drinks order and placed food choices . drinks arrived along with starters from then on I feel our waiter wasn't very attentive ,we were a table of three once the wine bottle was empty he never asked would we like another bottle or any other drinks . We did call him over to order some more drinks to which one never arrived and we had to ask again ,our dessert choice from menu wasn’t available this was early in the evening too and not a fully seated restaurant. Overall our food was really good with exception of the lack dessert ,waiter could have should have been asking were we ok for drinks etc

   We had a fantastic meal at Gino D'Acampo. The food was excellent, our waiter Pedro was welcoming and helpful with his recommendations. He also helped us with our evening plans as our original plans were scuppered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant!

   Service from the moment we arrived was slow , ok if you’re not in a rush but we had a theatre to get to so had to leave the teas & coffees we ordered at the end of the meal The place itself is beautifully decorated and the food was lovely

   Food was delicious, wine selection was extensive and the service was relaxed but not so slow that one would get impatient. We dined with friends and had a wonderful evening!

    Really nice place with nice ambience however the service was horrible for a place of that standard. First it took forever to get our orders after we were seated. We had to tell 2 different waiters our orders because God knows what happened to the first order. I later see the the waiter who took the first order flirting with some customers (two girls) on another table and I guess that explained it. Generally the body language of the staff didn’t seem accommodating, proactive and friendly hence I wouldn’t be coming back but yea the aesthetic and decor are nice especially for pictures.
