    Meal discount made me visit but not sure I’d have paid full price for what was mediocre food a quite bland setting - could do with modernising

    Best avocado on toast with poached egg I’ve had at a cafe. Dressing was delicious and coffee was lovely too.

    Very clean with quirky decor that was fun and modern. Very friendly staff who were very attentive and gave our youngest child some activities to keep him occupied. English Breakfast was great and our children enjoyed the pancakes and hot chocolates- 10/10. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Bath!

    Very efficient service from cheerful professional staff. A most enjoyable early evening dinner before going to a show at the Forum

    As usual the greeting was good and we were shown to our table straight away. Were given menus then ordered food and drinks which came promptly and were excellent , up until this point everything was going perfectly then I asked for the bill , when it arrived it had a 10% gratuity/service charge automatically added which I'm sorry is WRONG we are not America and I have never experienced this before ! The waitress said the bill price and kept asking if the total was OK. I am a good tipper but don't expect this on my bill so I paid and said nothing then left . The thing about this is , if they hadn't had done this they quite possibly would have got more than 10%

    Staff at Giraffe were absolutely lovely so welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend this place, great value for money and good food 😀

    We had lunch and the food was delicious. I had the fish and chips and my friend had the Thai dish both were excellent. We also had a couple of cocktails and finished with dessert. Overall the experience was great, would definitely recommend and the staff were friendly and helpful.
