    They advertise vegan and gf burgers but when asked about them can only offer salads? Also the burger I ordered definitely had some non vegan cheese on it. Unfortunate if you are also lactose intolerant. Kids are running around acting like spoiled brats all the time.

    Six of our family came together for lunch. It was an easy place to find being near to the station, bus routes and with a space for a taxi. We had reserved a table which was waiting for us and the service was really good, even though the restaurant was busy. The food was very nice, a good selection to suit everyone and a special menu for the gluten intolerant. We thought that the prices were very good. As we had met from different parts of the country, we had a lot to talk about and were really pleased that the music wasn't too loud at all. I think that the waiters and waitresses were so available and helpful was what made it especially appreciated by our group. I would definitely recommend Giraffe Victoria as a place to meet and eat.

    Good selection of food on offer to suit all tastes including a decent child's menu. Staff very efficient despite the restaurant being very busy

    A pleasant enough experience. One of our party was 20 mins late and the staff were fine about that which was good considering the place was filling up - we weren't rushed at all. Just thought the burger and chips was a bit on the small side, other than that we had a good time.

    Not many Giraffe restaurants left and we love it so travelled from Oxfordshire on the train for our daughters birthday and she had a great time and was given a birthday treat of extra ice cream with a candle and song form lovely staff! Lovely restaurant, modern clean, lovely staff! Would highly recommend!

    The food was average, I was a bit disappointed as I wrote on the booking that it was for a birthday and they didn’t do anything. Usually when I book for someone’s birthday at another restaurant they will bring something
