   So much potential but so buns. First of all it’s a very nice looking place but had too much open area leading it to feel very empty when it was actually full. This also made it very quiet except for one person who was their “live singer” who was awful. She’d go away once every 30-40 minutes and come back just to scream into the microphone and kill my ears while everyone was dead silent ignoring her trying to enjoy themselves. Next there was the service. Awful. Brought us half the appetizers and then our meals and the other half of the appetizers after. I asked the waiter if the 18oz steak was good enough to share and he said it’s massive and is very good to share. (He forgot to tell us that the bone in it was 12oz by itself….). Ordered fries and was offered truffle fries with no cost anywhere mentioned either by the waiter who kept leaving mid question or on the menu. But because the truffle Mac and cheese was only 30$ we assumed it couldn’t be much as the fries themself were only 15$ without the truffle. Turns out it’s a 50$ extra charge per order for the truffle. Nice. So anyways me and my girlfriend left hungry and robbed. While the food was good everything else was not what I wished to be honest. But to finish it off, my stupid friend counted the cash for us and gave it to the waiter stating that it was a certain amount and then the waiter recounted and confirmed. When I heard the confirming price I was skeptical and recounted just to figure out that the waiter purposely lied about how much there was while knowing that there was an extra 100$ in there compared to what he “confirmed” there was. Awful experience. Expensive lesson. Don’t recommend.

   It was my first time going here I did the NYE experience dinner, my table was for 11:15 and didn’t get seated down till 12:15 after constantly asking where’s my table. Also if I didn’t ask her consistently she would’ve never sat me down, so disappointed I had to spend 12 am standing in my uncomfortable heels for 1 hr never again !

   We booked the table for the new year eve, paid $750 in advance to be seated at 11PM. The 3 course meal was included into the price. When we arrived the receptionist told us to wait a couple of minutes at the bar, which ended up being 45 minutes just standing at the bar waiting for the table. There were a lot of people waiting with us and some of them had to spend 12am waiting at the bar, instead of celebrating at the table. The receptionist wasn’t straightforward with us and was constantly saying “it’s just a couple more minutes”. The music was very loud as well, overall, not worth it.

   We had reservations for the NYE 2nd seating at 10:30pm. Turns out the people from the 1st seating over extended their time there (over 2hrs) so we weren’t seated literally until 11:56 right before the NYE countdown. It was a hot mess and A Lot of people were upset because they were dealing with the same issue as my party. Management should have stepped in immediately and enforced the rules on the customers from the 1st seating which ultimately is what the way ended up doing but it took them way too long to do so. That was the downside to the night. On the upside we were able to get seated right before the countdown. The food was EXCEPTIONAL!!! I truly believe that the quality of the food made us forget about the long wait. The server was very apologetic & they made sure all the drinks for the night were on the house. If you know Miami you know drinks are usually half of the bill. We had a prefixed menu for $250 pp. Chilean seabass fire, and the Truffle Tuna Tatare Scones were A1. I would definitely return on a chill night for dinner again. Shotout to the hostess girls for holding down the front with all the fire they had to put out!!!

   Paid a lot of money to spend a memorable New Year’s Eve. The restaurant didn’t do anything special before midnight, people were confused and felt that they been robbed, I will never go back there and would recommend to spend your money somewhere else who value your money and your self.

   We sat at our table for 2 1/2 hours and saw 3 couples go through there dining at the tables to our right and left. Each course had an endless wait. It’s unfortunate as we love the drinks, food and ambiance at Giselle. For the price you would expect a more attentive server.

   Valentino was an incredible server who took great care of us! We had a great night! We loved the chicken bao buns and the Wagyu dumplings, and the DJ created a great ambiance.

   I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Giselle. They attended all my requests and even did more! Daniel is an excellent waiter. Definitely one of my favorite spots when visiting Miami. I been there many times and still coming back ♥️

   Àlvaro and Martìn were the staff who served our table and they were exquisite. The food was unbelievable, the music and energy were sexy and fun, the ambiance was undeniably romantic. My wife and I were blown away by the recommendations for cocktails, the presentation and quality of taste in the dishes and the exceptional attention to detail in service our staff and the restaurant provided for us. It will genuinely be difficult to top this experience.
