    We waited over 30 minutes to order and then after one hour waiting for our food we left. Very ordinary.

    Amazing food and great service. We ordered two entrees, a salad and a pizza with the works, and everything was absolutely spot on. We also had a great bottle of wine and the total bill was approx $150, so amazing value for money as well. Next time we stay in Kingscliff this will be our first dining out option, and judging by the number of people picking up take away pizza's, most likely it will be our first take away option.

    Had a wonderful birthday celebration, staff went above and beyond singing happy birthday to me. Everyone enjoyed their food, I loved the prawn gnocchi.The pizzas all had plenty of toppings. Will definitely return.

    Service let this place down. Take away appeared to take priority as we waited almost one hour for our meals, meanwhile kids meals were so fast they had finished c 30min before ours arrived I had to get up twice for service issues. Not appreciated.

    This is our second time dining at Giulia - the staff are very friendly and accommodating - lovely atmosphere in the restaurant itself and the food is top notch.

    We always are considerate of restaurant management and reserve our table online. We visited this restaurant prior to making the booking and asked for a specific table which was agreed upon. When we arrive on the night not only was the table we requested not available, but the owner of the restaurant had not even sited our reservation and asked where we booked through. We always try to do the right thing by booking in advance and make our requests early. The owner of this restaurant is not Italian either, and treated us with distain and contempt. She did not even issue an apology but arrogantly just walked away to sit down to eat her own dinner. The situation was left in the hands of one of the staff who was quite embarrassed and did every thing she could to assist us and actually found us an excellent alternative place. Only for the waitress, Tanya, my husband was prepared to go elsewhere. We decided to rescue the night and just enjoy the weather and meal, but when people purchase restaurants, they should receive some prior training on how to treat prospective diners. Such a shame as the general staff were very keen to be of assistance

    Lunch was awesome. We will be back. Atmosphere all round excellent. As my long time friends enjoyed it. They traveled from Southport QLD.

    Food was fantastic, I think we visited on a very busy night where they may have been understaffed. Communication was not there and waited nearly 2 hours for meals. In saying that the food we got was fantastic and staff were all very friendly trying their best. Would not deter me from going again.
