   Excellent selection of vegan options, beautifully prepared and delicious. Service was friendly, professional and well informed. Each dish was explained when delivered to the table. A great visit.

   This is one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. The food was excellent, fantastic choices and flavours that were out of this world. Beautiful rich tastes, every bite layered. A party for the taste buds. As a coeliac I have been extremely disappointed with the restaurant experiences in Dublin, but I think I just found my favourite restaurant last night. The service was brilliant, this was a birthday dinner and we were treated to a free glass of Prosecco on arrival and a mini birthday cake with candle at the end of the meal. The staff was friendly, informative and we were never left waiting. I will be coming back for years to come!

   Glas always has such a creative menu with incredible flavours. So nice to have a fully gluten free menu and not have to worry about what to order as a celiac! The ambiance was lovely - we were seated in a nice quiet corner which worked perfectly for my grandad to be able to hear. Really great experience overall!

   Our server was SO nice, very professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. It was my family birthday celebration, and the little glasses of Prosecco were very a nice touch! My husband doesn't drink alcohol, and was offered an alcohol free version. The amuse bouche was delicious!! All our 3 courses were very nice, we enjoyed every morsel. Will definitely be back!

   Incredible food and fantastic service! The menu has so many amazing choices it's difficult to decide, but I was so impressed by everything that I chose. An absolute must visit for anyone travelling to Dublin.

   Had an amazing meal at Glas, Staff were friendly and professional and provided their knowledge on the menu. Bar staff had amazing knowledge of their cocktails and they tasted amazing...will definitely return again.

   Unique vegetarian dishes with great taste. Set menu only but enough items to choose from. Dish sizes reasonable, didn't leave hungry but it is a tasting type menu so dishes are small. They were full but it wasn't noisy, was pleasant to talk. Well trained and attentive staff. Overall, if you are looking for something unique to try in Dublin, this is the place.

    Went to Glasgow with a couple of friends for dinner for my birthday, we were blown away. The waiting staff explain what is on the plate, but it doesn't register as it's like describing each brush stroke in a masterpiece. The food is on a different level, stunning, each bite delicious and surprising. One friend is GF and I am vegan. I would give Glas 10 stars if I could.
