Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

    Fantastic brunch - the food and service were excellent. Can’t recommend Glas highly enough… my wife is a vegetarian and coeliac, such a treat for her to be able to eat everything on the menu.

    Amazing vegan/vegetarian restaurant with mostly vegan dishes on menu. Incredibly creative dishes and combinations of flavors. I had the cucumber elderflower cocktail which was superb and fresh. We had the marinated kale starter that had savory ice cream! So good. We also had the spiced carrot starter which was very tasty. For mains my daughter had the saffron kohlrabi and I had the glazed roscoff onion, both were delicious. Dessert: chocolate mousse which was delicious but the absolute star of the evening was the caramelized pumpkin. So so good. We were very impressed with our meal and experience at this restaurant. Will definitely go back next time I visit Dublin. 5 stars

    Wonderful place to celebrate a birthday. They were so welcoming and made it very special. We felt spoilt. Staff were amazing. Food was yummy. Place is very beautiful and comfortable. Thank you.

    Glas was THE perfect venue for our Valentine's day celebration! The food is top notch, the best vegetarian fine dine we have been to! Not just the food, the service is absolutely class as well! We were catered to really well and would definitely visit again!

    One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Staff were friendly and extremely attentive. The atmosphere was incredible and I will definitely be back soon
