Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

    Superb restaurant! Really excellent food. Efficient, relaxed and friendly service. Room is fantastic, wonderful ambience. The best dining experience that we have ever had in Dublin City.

    Fantastic restaurant - great to have a gluten free restaurant. Food excellent, staff so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

    A beautiful evening. Myself and my wife enjoyed a wonderful evening at Glas. We were served by Michael who was as friendly as he was attentive. Recommended a beautiful creamy white wine and helped us with recommendations on the menu. As a vegetarian family we often struggle to find restaurants that provide the quality and ambiance that we were used to when we dined out in London, New York, San Francisco. Well, this is it for Dublin. A great menu, impeccably prepared vegetarian food, with a confidence that is only possible from a great kitchen that prioritizes quality over volume, Each dish looked and tasted wonderful, and the experience was elevated by a relaxed and friendly, but no less elevated atmosphere. Highly recommended for all you veggies out there that still want to enjoy a premium feel to your evening. 5 stars.
