I used to come for the breakfast buffet quite often. I am disappointed to see the variety as well as the quantity of the food offered was much less compared to the previous visits. Most staff was very friendly and welcoming especially from one of the ladies standing in my left who was serving in the egg station. She was exceptional and made the visit a positive one. However the lady chef standing on the right of the egg station looks grumpy, not once did she smile or greeted me. I have observed that she chooses which customer to show good customer service as she served the customer behind me professionally. It made me think in yr 2024 my skin color/ ethnic group determine whether I deserve good service or not. I don’t think I will ever visit the Glass Brasserie for breakfast again. There are better options out there!

Service was excellent. The food was good. The all important omelet & egg station was a bit under pressure so may not have been at it's best but was still good. The ambience and noise were great for conversation.

Comparing our last experience a couple of year ago, celebrating my birthday at the glass brasserie was disappointing. We didn't have the selection that we expected, and the hot food was cold. Wafers were dry as well as the dumplings.

Food quality has gone downhill, the selection is ok but not of high-quality food. Omelette station was a nightmare - it must be a separate station for people who want omelette to go there, order and pick up or delivered to the table (what a 5 star environment would be - it is not a motel) All customers and guests wait in a same queue. Not enjoyable. I was a little embarrassed in front of my guests as I recommended Glass Brasserie that "they have great food and service" - not knowing that we will have to wait in a queue for ordering an egg dish. There was not even spinach on the day for an omellete.

We had a la carte. Food was great, as it was busy it did take a while to come out. Price for food was good but I find $9 for a small glass of orange juice ridiculous.

Done this multiple times, has been great, disappointing this time as we kept getting the wrong coffee and service was not amazing. Sorry

The layout is messy and awkward not streamlined at all. The food selection and quality should be better. It was ok but not great at all. Not an experience i would tell my friends about sorry but it was average
