The food was really good. It’s a nice menu and the product is fresh, and quality is great. This is where it can be improved: The waiters need to be happier. They should interact a bit more. I noticed that some waiters were better than others. The one we had was too serious, too stiff for our liking. They don’t possess that innate awareness of what the customer wants. You need that extra sense to be a great waiter which was lacking. When the meal was clearly over I had to ask for the bill with two different people and our waiter was programming a terminal as if he was a writing a complicated software, like a coder. Again, the food is good, don’t expect the waiters to crack any jokes. I would go there again though :-)

Elegant, sophisticated. Where some of Sydney's business titans do lunch. Saw Mr Metricon humself there. 5 people most of us had steak and one or two beers. Bill was $500 so about $100/head.

The Snapper arrived in a paper bag which soggy and difficult to eat with. The staff did not explain the dish, just dropped the plates in front of us. Not what you expect for a fine dining experience or price.
