   It’s a great room with an upbeat vibe and a great menu! The servers are so-so, they seem young and naive to the dining process often not realizing people would like to enjoy their meal in courses, so you end up with lots of food arriving at once if you forget to say, “please bring the salad first and then the appetizers… “

   The server was excellent, service, knowledge, very attentive. My husband had the Traditional breakfast which was not very good, mainly the bacon was very hard. The butternut squash with prawns was delicious. Our guest had the turkey sandwich was sad to be very good and a very satisfactory amount of turkey. Thank you

   Steak was not very good for the price. Ambiance was very nice. The server was not very pleasant but only became so when it came time to pay the bill and receive her tip. If it weren’t for the location I would not return.

   The ambiance is still very nice, but I feel the quality of the meals has gone down. My tan tan chicken salad that I ordered was basically lettuce with a few bits of garnish and overdone chicken and $26. I did question the server about the lack of toppings, but all I received was a little bowl of pickled beets…..

   This was our first time at Glo and it was great. The restaurant has large tables which are properly spaced for privacy during dinner, a large (great) bar and both the drinks and food menu contain plenty of great choices. The food is interesting and creative, nicely separating it from "regular" menu options. The service is friendly and fast. It's a great choice in Victoria. The restaurant is at the water front and we couldn't really enjoy the "view" because it was dark. Glo has an energetic atmosphere with a DJ and medium-loud music and, when we were there, some larger party type groups. So it's busy but certainly an enjoyable option.

   Great food & excellent service. However parking beside restaurant incredibly expensive & forgot to ask as per website if we could get rebate if ticket given to hostess.? My friend wears hearing aids so had to switch tables as a man next to us had very loud & resonate voice plus it turned out he was the owner!!! Most restaurants are difficult for our friends with hearing aids but I also find the noise levels just unnecessarily loud. I would come back though because of food & service!! Trudie Hobday

   The holiday decor and decorations make the experience feel very festive… We went over for a work lunch, food was if you want to delivered fast and was let’s have delicious!
