                                                            Restaurant wasn't even open. Open Table still allowed me to make a reservation. Need to get your stuff together. Wasted time and trip. Very disappointed.

                                                            6:30 date night. We arrive on time come to find out they were closed due to technical difficulties posted on the front door. Meaning when we went to Mt. Angel sausage factory for dinner is when learned why they were closed. They should have mentioned that on their website. That's why the low marks.

                                                            Valentine's Night. Drove my date from Albany to My Angel for dinner. I had made reservations nearly a week before. We got to the restaurant right on time for the reservations (6:15pm). IT WAS CLOSED! There was a small note on the door saying they were closed due to "unforeseen circumstances." Another couple came up while we were reading the note and said "Closed on Valentines? We had reservations!!?!?" I cannot think of any reason to be closed on Valentine's night and not at least contact the people who had made reservations for a romantic dinner. I should have some of the other reviews first. I see this is not the first time this has occurred.

                                                            made reservation, drove from Salem arriving around 5:50pm (res. 6:00pm) restaurant was CLOSED! Would have been nice to have been notified.

                                                            The restaurant was closed when we arrived for our 1:15pm reservation. We did not receive any advance notification that the restaurant was closed. We drove 60+ miles round trip for a special birthday lunch. Needless to say we were extremely disappointed.

                                                            We were a party of eleven and we were served delicious food quickly and efficiently by a very friendly staff. Will definitely eat here again.

                                                            No beer or wine license. Place deserted. Recommended the sports bar across the street to get wine. Food there very limited. Very disappointed.

                                                            Our group of 9 was graciously accomodated. Everyone was very attentive and positive to our group. All were there for the first time and very much enjoyed their food.

                                                            Way better then expected!! The food was hot, tasted amazing and the service was perfect in all aspects. My wife and I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend their pretzel and fondue, but we also had the Schnitzel and Spätzle and could not express how good both dishes were. We live 40 minutes away, but will surely be making this a top restaurant spot. Well worth the drive for us and have recommended it to a lot of friends and family

                                                            A German restaurants with no beer -- excuse me!! The pork schnizel was so thin it was breading on breading -- no pork. Potatoes were barley warm, cabbage was tasteless.
