   Favorite restaurant in the area by far. Real food, authentic chef expertise with refined recipes, upscale service and an incredible fireside dining experience with a French touch. Grace always makes our dinner special by adding that warm and professional touch to it.

   The food was fabulous! We have been coming here since 1990 or so and have seen changes along the way. The current chef is amazing and I will absolutely be coming back. It was busier than I've seen on a Thursday night in a long time but they are having Locals Nights on Wednesday and Thursday. You can order from their specials featured for these nights OR the usual menu which is nice.

   The staff is lovely. Great ambiance whether you are in the large dining room, small dining room or on the patio. This is our go to restaurant for special occasions. We have never had a disappointing meal here. There are so many excellent choices on the menu. Good cocktails & wine selection too.

   This was my 1st time eating at this restaurant. I've passed it many times and noted how lovely it looked. I saw the Love the Locals program which made eating here fit with my budget. There was a special menu for the program. It had a nice variety of entrees covering beef, seafood, chicken and vegetarian offerings. The salad was small but good. I chose a portabella mushroom stuffed with crab. I think that a piece of lemon could have been served as it would brighten the crab. Otherwise, there were plentiful French fries, a pickle and a tomato. The cost was $20.25. I will return to use the Love the Locals option as it is a good value at a very nice restaurant.

   Our first visit for “locals night”, we frequent the other 2 restaurants under the same owner frequently. This is a gem! Food was very good, expertly prepared and the service was excellent. We were greeted and seated upon arrival. Not rushed, had time for a drink before being asked for our selections. Food was presented and very nicely plated. Food was served hot and was very good as I said before. We will be more regular diners at the Golden Pheasant.

    We chose this restaurant because it was suggested by Black Bass. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. We ordered 2 drinks from the bar and they were both luke warm. The wife asked for a sugar rim on hers, but was only about a quarter of the rim. We were served homemade rolls and butter, they were excellent. We ordered the cheese tray and enjoyed it. For a main course my wife ordered the burger and fries and I got the grilled shrimp. It was 4 jumbo shrimp in a sauce for $38. The shrimp were grilled too long. We passed on dessert. The waitress was excellent. We will not be back. As we were leaving the wife used the bathroom and I waited by the bar. The bar maid seemed to be overwhelmed as there was a wedding reception in the other room. As I watched her make drinks she seemed rushed. This may have caused our drinks being warm and the rim not being fully sugared.
