Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

    This place is a hidden gem!! Nothing special about the outside but as soon as you walk through the door, it is apparent the place is elegant and welcoming!! The food and service was amazing and their specials are second to none!!! I can’t wait to tell all my friends and go back!!

    I am so glad that I found this place. I had an early dinner with a friend. This was both of our first time. Don’t let the outside fool you. It’s beautiful inside. The service was superb. Chef Miguel knows what he’s doing! The food was fantastic. The leftovers were delicious the next day. I will be returning and bringing more people with me.

    Great food and atmosphere, I think they just opened when we got there. There was soft music and only another couple arrived shortly after my party did when we went. So the environment was not loud for us. Plus they seemed to not have the lighting set the way they like as they kept messing with it for the first 5 minutes we were there. There are some odd things for being at a place such as they use can sodas for drinks, have paper table cloths over their standard table clothes. It almost seemed like they want to have more of an upscale environment but cut a few corners to save some bucks. Other than that we had a great time and very enjoyable. I would go back again and definitely recommend to others for some great Italian food.

    The food was amazing.. tasty, large portions and presentation very pleasing. It’s a shame that it was not full with people.. You will not regret going and experience this wonderful cuisine..

    It was horrible. My husband for the lobster mac and cheese and it was not hot so we told the server and they just took it back to put it in the microwave. They didn’t remake it. They also charge $5 for a can of soda. You can hear the clanking from the kitchen.

    We've been wanting to try this place and are glad we did. The food was excellent, especially the house made bread. The pasta e fagioli was very, very good as was the lasagna I had. My wife also really enjoyed the chicken parmesan. The service was very attentive without being overbearing and the table settings were very nice.
