                        I hadn’t eaten at a Gonza Tacos restaurant since the Durham location closed and don’t plan to return to the Cary location. Very disappointed! The food was just MEH. My dining partner and I I ordered the guacamole and each of us had the enchiladas molé. The guacamole and chips were decent- seemed fresh and chips were crunchy. The enchiladas came out very quickly-likely preassembled and sayce tossed on them. Not hot, they were lukewarm at best, had little flavor, and very little chicken filling. My friend told the server she would let her know when to put in her to go order to take with her when she would leave, but instead put it through right away so it sat on the table for a half hour getting cold( er) . Cannot recommend this place.

                        The food is great, service is exemplary! We moved out of state and always visit Gonza when we come back for a visit. Eating at Gonza is always a great experience!

                        Delicious, as always! Food and service were great and the got us in earlier than our reservation!

                        We ordered steak tacos-they were so ridiculously small we had to go have lunch after. The waitress was in a massive rush, grabbing plates over me when I was still eating, one of our orders was wrong, and it was very expensive for the portion sizes. I got cauliflower tacos, which were okay, but the spices were not blended in so portions were bitter. It’s rare my whole family of five gives a resounding thumbs down. Sadly, the location and ambience is great, but this was our last vist.

                        The food is well worth, but expensive for the portions served, but the bad experience occurs when the manager or someone who ask in each table how is everything, start to pick up all plates meanwhile I was feeding my daughter of 3 years old, every single father’s know kids eat to slow. And well the guy just came and pick everything without even ask. Pd. every single Mexican cuisine offer aguas Frescas (horchata a least) ??? No just soda and water

                        We go to Gonza in Cary monthly because the food is always excellent. There are two reasons for knocking the rating down slightly. The first is the fact that they no longer carry Red Oak beer, a local favorite. The second is that they let a lot of humid air into the restaurant and the booths are under an uninsulated air conditioning duct. The outcome is raining condensation onto these tables.
