   We had an awesome first dinner at Good Folk!! The service was amazing and our meal was sooo delicious!! The tenderloin is a must! We will definitely be back!

   What a beautiful restaurant and the service was amazing. It was out anniversary and they treated us to some bubbles and the Wild board pork chop was to die for.

   Beautiful NEW restaurant in Banff. The space itself is gorgeous. Lighting is perfect, decor is impeccable, the room is comforting and the food is delicious! They weren’t super busy on a Thursday night, as they just opened but my guess is, that they will be soon. We shared the mussels and the ribeye - both were incredible. Even the sourdough toast was grilled to perfection with the right amount of salt and the Thai basil curry broth was the perfect pairing. If you plan on ordering the ribeye, come hungry! This dish is large and can feed up to 4. The sides complimented the ribeye beautifully - buttery whipped, mashed potatoes, tasty broccolini and winter squash. We also each had a glass of red wine. Their menu is small but packs a punch. The team is friendly and not overbearing. Overall one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. We are looking forward to dining here again & leaving room for dessert!

We agree - the ribeye is excellent, but the sides are also to die for which makes it hard to leave room for dessert.     Awesome new restaurant in town 👏 We shared the bison tartare, the mussels and the tenderloin; all absolutely amazing. The cured egg yolk on the tartare, the toasted sourdough with the mussels, the bone marrow butter on the tenderloin, each dish was divine. The service was great. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
