   Our 3rd time dining at Good Folk and again the experience was superb! The sablefish, bison tartare and wild boar chore delicious. The whiskey-based cocktails are are creative. The decor is beautiful and we especially enjoyed having a table by the fireplace. Servers were great. By far our best dining experience over many visits to Banff.

   First time I went to Good Folk for dinner and it was amazing! Cam our server was the best (he made good recommendations, touched base with our table regularly and even turned the volume down when we kindly asked). Food was very good! I would strongly recommend the scallops (apps), tenderloin (entree) and the sorbets (chocolate, vanilla and strawberry). The complimentary indoor parking is a nice touch!

   First time at Good Folk and the food did not disappoint! Loved the latté, good portion size for the price and presentation was stellar. Service was ok (server forgot my side of sourdough and it took 20 minutes to get our mimosas) but other than that it was a very pleasant experience!

   We went on Monday evening. I'm a celiac (a real one) and they were very accommodating and understanding with taking care as to not make me sick (and success! No ill effects from eating!) The food was INCREDIBLE! We started with the golden beets and wild trout gravlax - absolutely delectable. Then for the main, I had the yam steak and chickpea sage fritter, there was so much flavour. And my bf ordered the Rainbow Trout and it was cooked to perfection. Service was wonderful! I really can't say enough great things. We can't wait to go back!

   Excellent service from all levels, from the greetings to our server and helpers, all are professional, courtesy and welcoming. Food and wine are wonderful too. We ordered the bone-in beef rib-eye for 2 and the risotto, both were cooked to perfection! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

   Every dish we ordered was a top notch, even my son's butter pasta. We ordered fish for the main course and I have to say that the dish was one of the most delicious fish I've ever had! We hope to come visit the restaurant again!
