   Last night, I dined at Goodnight Johnny’s for Valentine’s Day. The culinary offerings were exceptional, and the server’s attentiveness was commendable, despite the establishment’s high volume. However, the only significant inconvenience I encountered was the proximity of our table to the band performing that night. As the performance progressed, the music volume gradually increased, making it challenging for us to converse. Despite our efforts to raise our voices, our conversation remained strained.

   Not unexpected that tables would be packed so close together for 2 people. The event menu caught our attention but very pricey. We ordered off regular menu. Event drinks also very pricey. So only 2. Didnt feel rushed. Staff was excellant

   We made reservations weeks in advance and we were very disappointed where we were seated. We were looking forward to the band. There were many empty tables for two in front of band. We were seated by the kitchen with a post that obstructed our view of the band .Two couples that came after us were just as unhappy went and sat at the bar. The service and food was great! There was just no ambiance.

   Phish and chips was fresh and fried well. I wish there was more seasoning in the fish but it was still satisfying. The Loaded Poutine Fries had flavorful short rib gravy. The Short Rib Sandwich was the winner! The meat was extremely flavorful and cooked well and the dipping gravy elevated it to another level! Unfortunately, the Mac and Cheese was a disappointment - the translucent cheese sauce lacked cheese flavor. This was quite regrettable considering the quality of our overall food experience. The environment was very comfortable and pleasant. It had creative pieces such as a chandelier made out of trumpets, lighting that looked like piano keys, and a hung guitar art piece made out of metal gears. The waiter was attentive, pleasant, and fulfilled our customized requests accurately, timely, and graciously. The live music was wonderful! The musician was great and the audio system was clear but not excessively loud. We felt comfortable to dance and really had a nice time!

   The fish and chips were delicious. They were cooked perfect. Everything came very hot and quick. The portion was huge. If you stay for music I would recommend booking a table further back from the band. It was a little loud but music was really good. Highly recommend

   Our first time here was last Saturday night and we thought the food was fabulous. The service was fabulous. The entertainment was such a nice treat. We decided to come back and give it a try on a week night and I have to say this is my favorite restaurant by far! I love the entertainment at night, I love that the place is very clean! Staff is very friendly and accommodating ! and the price that you pay for the food is very reasonable and yummy. Give  goodnight Johnny’s a try It’s definitely a gem. You will not be disappointed.

   We love this restaurant. Good food and drinks and wonderful staff. Brunch was delicious. I had the omelette and husband went alacarte. Music was fantastic. So happy they brought it back for today’s brunch.

   Great music! Good was good. Drinks were ok. Service was pleasant and inviting but a bit slow even before it got busy. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Great selection of food to choose from

   This was our first time trying and we are already planing a trip back with friends . Freindly atmosphere. clean environment made me feel welcome. Food was out of this world entertainment was wonderful.  the staff was fabulous.

    Food was yummy, our server was attentive and accommodating, and the GM even came over to see how things were. We will definitely be back!
