While the food was decent, it wasn’t next level amazing and certainly not worth the price imo. The service was lacking and rushed and just not up to the level of the price of the restaurant. If you want to go to say you’ve been there, go. If you want to have food that is worth the price you’re paying, go elsewhere.

This was our first time at Gorats. It was absolutely delicious. Both of us enjoyed steak and they were cooked perfectly and very juicy. The service was great. Special Valentine's drinks were also delicious. We will definitely be back!

Will absolutely be back! We ended up having a few very minor issues but they were handled with complete class and urgency. Our waitress and the staff handled everything perfectly and the food was great. We look forward to coming back!

First time going. It was amazing!!! Everyone was so nice, the food was amazing and delicious. Definitely new date night spot.

Valentine’s Day dinner. Steaks were cooked perfectly, wine was delicious and suitably priced, pleasant background music at a level that did not interfere with conversation. Service was superb.

We were pleasantly surprised because when we arrived there were almost no cars in the parking lot! To be fair - we do eat early! The greeting was so nice! Everything was delish but.. the best experience was the Executive Chef. He came out to our table to talk to us about our meal. He recommended the bread pudding. Now I am a SNOB with Bread Pudding… and I was stuffed so I took it to go. IT WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Make sure you try everything!!!

Our group enjoyed a delicious early dinner at Gorat’s on a Tuesday evening. Menu choices included the salmon dinner, wedge salad with shrimp, onion soup and beef filet dinner. All were very good, presented beautifully with very wait time. Atmosphere is relaxing and quiet; hostesses and waiter were friendly and provided excellent service. Parking is plentiful and close to the restaurant - a huge plus on a cold night. Great experience at one of Omaha’s classics.

Asked for naked ravioli….yet they “just ran out” at 6pm on a Saturday? Ordered medium rare filet and came out rare. There’s hundreds of other restaurants that don’t run out of basic appetizers and know how to cook a steak, won’t be back.
