Located a block from the water in Downtown’s Met Square complex, the two-story restaurant will have ample space for diners to indulge in all of the restaurant's iconic menu items, spearheaded by one of the most talented chefs. The 16,736 square foot space includes a ground-floor patio and second-floor dining terrace, as well as a beautiful interior dining room. The interior design is set to emulate the hit television show’s set, with an open kitchen and contemporary bar, where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seat.

The bar serves a selection of both classic and signature cocktails; from a traditional Negroni and Old Fashioned to the innovative Smoke on the Water, served in a smoke-filled lantern, or the Notes from Gordon, complete with a personalized message from Chef Gordon Ramsay himself.

We visited on a Sunday for lunch and it was pretty empty, yet the food took a long time to be served. Our first pizza got burned and they had to make it again but when it finally came out it was delicious. We also ordered the HK burger and was also very good. Our server Cesar was EXCELLENT. He stayed on top of the delay and kept us informed. The restaurant was nice and the tables are a good distance away from each other, THANK YOU MANAGEMENT!

Absolutely amazing experience, our waiter Alex was very knowledgeable & made our time there special. Overall the staff, ambience & most importantly the food was excellent. Will definitely return.

Disappointed with experience last night. Waited a long tme to get drinks and order. Food then came out way too fast. No bread course. Dishes were inconsistent - beef wellington was cold and pastry was doughy. Octopus was tough. Brussel sprouts, corn dish and macaroni cheese was good. We told server about beef wellington and they only offered to reheat plate. My previous experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant ( Steak in Vegas) was bedt meal I ever had with sublime bread and beef welly.

To keep it short, For her birthday 2/21 I took my wife to HK Miami looking to have the same amazing experience we had in HK in DC for my birthday in 2023, I wrote a review about it. Check. This visit was not what we had been in anticipation for. The beef wellington was not good. It didn't taste anything like the one I had in DC and the 20oz bone in ribeye was full of fat and taste like grill char. I was hurt cause we looked forward to this and we came to Miami for this reason to come to HK. My wife she's done with HK. I said not so fast LOL. Thanks for hearing my complaint.

Our first time at Hell’s kitchen and it was wonderful. The food was the star. We were not disappointed. Service was excellent. The staff was excellent. I like table cloths, but it’s not a big deal. The setting was very very upscale. . The Caesar salad was very, very good. I thought it should have a little more anchovy forward , but overall the dressing was delicious. I was not offered anchovies, but I did not ask. I’m assuming they have anchovies if you want them. I had the Crudo and the Salmon outstanding. Ribeye was Amazing. The oysters were out of this world, obviously Gordon Ramsay knows where to get oysters. I could’ve eaten 100 of them. overall highly recommend.

The food was incredible! We did the 5 course tasting menu and the portions were HUGE! Maybe too big. But we enjoyed every course!
