We have eaten at several of Chef Ramsey's, and this is the first time we have had any issues. I ordered a filet med cooked, which was rare when it was served. It took forever to get our server. She took the plate back. It took over 25 minutes to get it back. My Husband had finished his meal, and the side dish I ordered was cold. We told the manager that it took too long to get it back. He said he was sorry, and they gave us a free dessert. I feel that what you paid, this was unacceptable

The food was excellent and the whole dining experience was first class. We had many items on the menu including 3 different desserts, all incredible. Not a cheap dinner but the evening was fantastic!

Food and service was good, but pricey. I did not appreciate that they added a 20% service fee to the check AND told me it wasn't a tip. Most restaurants that charge service fees don't ask you to tip on top of them. It just seems like they were being dishonest about their prices.

This is my 2nd time dining here. I'm a little underwhelmed with the food. It's just regular for a big sticker price. We wanted to try the small-sized overpriced lobster tail, but they were all out. I guess Tuesday isn't a good night to dine because inventory is lower. Our short ribs I remember tasting better the 1st time I went, but this time it was slightly overcooked and dry We ordered the potato gratin but I felt like it wasn't enough potatoes just plenty of cheese. The flavor of the potatoes and mac and cheese were a slightly bland for my taste and the others at the table. The Brussel sprouts were really tasty. Our drinks were good. It was my twins birthday and they ordered one dessert to share. They brought it out with a candle which was nice but you would think after spending $400 for a meal for 3 people it wouldn't be a loss for one free birthday dessert. The ambiance is nice. I actually like the views and feel of the restaurant. I think its a little over hyped and priced for what tasted like pot roast. I'm from Chicago and consider myself a foodie as a formal chef. I believe I'm okay with not returning but letting friends and family know it's worth the one time experience if you want to say you've been.

The food was great. We waited a LONG TIME for each of the courses, considering the restaurant was not too busy. We were disappointed the Beef Wellington didn’t have the prosciutto. When we asked our server, she explained they made a change to the recipe they make at this location as soon as many people requested the dish be made without the pork. I wish we had known that. I would come back again and give it another try.
