   Food took forever to come and the steaks were undercooked when they came. Very disappointing. The service was good at least

   We had a 6:15 reservation. Our main course did not arrive til 9pm. The mgr came to apologize and was very kind. Said there was a mess up in the kitchen and took some off our check. But as the evening went by the servers were so embarrassed we had waited so long they avoided us altogether which made the evening even worse if a catastrophe. We have ate here many times with great experiences but this was awful. We had brought friends that flew in and we were disappointed and embarrassed.

   Expectations were high as this was a first for our entire party. Celebrating two birthdays, we were looking for that “it” feeling with dinner. The service began with a bang and was generally very good throughout the lengthy meal. Appetizers were great and portions were perfect. Unfortunately our entrees came out after an extensive 45 minute wait and temperatures of all but one steak were perfect. The staff knew the wait was extensive and brought us complementary shrimp for each of us and comped our deserts. The gesture was very nice but the wait was uncomfortable as we had other plans after dinner that were affected due to the 2 hour and 30 minute dinner. Overall I would recommend but would go to other steak houses in the city before returning.

   Yet another wonder filled dining experience of gastronomical delight served with top shelf professionalism and above all kindness and sincere care. Samson and Haley teamed up to genuinely host our “date night” ritual with attentiveness that continues to to make Gordon Ramsay’s of KC one of our most favorite go to places to dine in celebration. The pace was perfect, the filet and sea bass outstanding and the whole evening delectably memorable. Once again Five stars for a fait très accompli. ⭐️! Merci!

   No complaints, steaks were great, love the baked potatoes. We eat there a few times a year, like to go in December to get the Christmas spirit.

   Wait times on food were a little long but the food was great and the staff was friendly, informative and enjoyable to converse with. Restaurant was clean and everything was high quality.

   The restaurant was busier on Thanksgiving evening than I had expected, but when there is an opportunity for great food and service, why not eat out! We had been to Gordon Ramsey once before, and truly enjoyed everything about the experience. We were hoping for the same last evening, but the whole event fell just a litttle short of expectations. I had the 8 oz. filet, and my wife had the Scottish Salmon. Both were prepared well, though the entire meal arrived at our table only luke-warm. I realize that it's hard to prepare and serve steak "to order" and have it arrive Hot, but the rest of the food (the salmon, loaded baked potato, and grilled asparagus would have been better if delivered sooner. Our server, Melaura, was excellent, and she offered several helpful suggestions, which we greatly appreciated. The pricing was expected but was excessive in the sense that had the food been delivered while warmer, it would have been much more enjoyable. One example of what I mean... my filet was presented on a large plate by itself with a drizzle of something arount the rim of the plate. While prepared to my specifications, it was barely warm, and with only the barest of seasonings. The bearnaise sause I ordered was also only warm, and had a "skin" forming on top indicatMing that it has been sitting for a while before serving. The combination of the 2 items could have been special, but for $75, it left something to be desired. We ejoyed ourselves, but left feeling a little underwhelmed. Pleae be aware, and ask for better if you experience anything similar.

   My dining experience from start to finish was fantastic! My Server, Elma was outgoing, friendly and attentive. A true professional. The meal was prepared as ordered and simply amazing. Consistency and attention to detail are clearly a trademark at Gordon Ramsay’s. Kudos!!
