The food was great, and drinks overpriced. Service was good. VIP area over priced 350 minimum. We wanted to stay in our seats, and we had spent over 300 dollars for a party of six on food and drinks and still wanted to charge an additional 350 plus 18% gratuity for drinks. It's good to go once, nor worth going back.

Visit to Gozamba Restaurant Ambience and Decor. The restaurant had nice decorations, but the atmosphere was unexpected, with many guests not dressed appropriately for a dinner setting. Service: Jesus, our waiter, introduced himself and was friendly. However, after ordering margaritas, mojitos, and appetizers (queso frito and ceviche de pescado), we felt rushed towards the end of the meal. When we ordered additional drinks, Jesus informed us that they needed the table, which felt abrupt and unnecessary, especially since there were no guests waiting outside. Food: We ordered carne frita, bistek encebollado, and lomo saltado. Unfortunately, the lomo saltado was disappointing, with more fried potatoes than meat, and the bistek encebollado was overly salty. Overall Experience: While we appreciated the initial service and decor, the rushed feeling at the end and the quality of some dishes left a sour taste. As residents from Orlando, we expected fair treatment, especially as paying customers. We were celebrating our Valentine night to being rushed out... That's not cool at all Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Gozamba to others.

Good for a night out with friends but not a date night. The service was poor and very unorganized. They sat us wherever was available, had 4 of us at a tiny 2 chair table. We waited forever for the food and drinks, by the time it came the food was cold and drinks was watered down. We waited over 30 min for drinks and over an hr for food. To make it worst we were rushed once the food arrived. I would be open to try it again giving the benefit of the doubt that we had a bad server. We noticed other tables were able to order off the valentine menu but he claimed we could not.

Era nuestra primera vez hicimos la reserva para las 7:45 pm llegamos 10 minutos antes desde q nos recibieron todo estuvo bien.Hasta que llegaron a nuestras mesa a decirnos supuestamente cuánto tiempo teníamos para comer q nos pareció de muy mal gusto y estuvo fuera de el lugar pero bueno luego de 20 minutos de espera nos pusieron a nuestras mesera Belissa me párese q se llama ella totalmente perdida llevo el menú especial q supuestamente tenían pero hicimos preguntas por el ribeye steak de q tamaño era y ella no sabía y decía q era 6x6? Bueno en conclusión pedimos la orden de nuestra comida luego hemos preguntado por los vinos y no sabía q vinos tienen y pues perdimos la carta de vinos y fue a traerla y se demoró casi 20 minutos por traernos una carta de vinos sin ni siquiera poner agua en la mesa sin contar q se la pedimos cuando ordenamos el vino de la carta q llegó a decir q no había ese vino blanco q habíamos elegido pues pedimos otro ella preguntó quiere q la abra aquí o en el bar?Tampoco entendimos esa pregunta.Llegó abrió el vino q tampoco pensamos q sabia abrir una botella sin contar q nos sirvió la botella completa de una vez. Tomamos nuestra botella de vino y el agua esperando nuestros aperitivos una hora después ella llega a decir q no había ribeye steak .Una mala coordinación porque si se supone q estábamos con una reserva en la q hasta nos ponen hora para comer un desastre.30 minutos después lleva los aperitivos q verdad que cuando quisimos pedir otra cosa de la carta del menú especial dijo que tampoco había en conclusión q tienes de el menú o hay otro menú?después de espera dos hora y media. Finalmente pedimos nuevamente otra orden de el plato principal ordenamos una segunda botella de vino para esperar nuevamente nuestra segunda orden de comida la cual se demoró otra hora más sin contar q cuando trajeron esa comida la carne quemada cuando se le pidió claramente en términos medios y sin contar q la comida completamente fríos los alimentos.

I would go back for the entertainment & drinks but not for dining experience on a weekend they aren’t good with high volume. We arrived at 7p didn’t receive service until 8p didn’t receive food until 9p most of the food came cold but was tasty. Wasn’t the best valentine experience. I saw a few people leave from waiting so long and complain about the service which is unfortunate. The bar was fast pace we didn’t go without drinks which was nice and the belly dancer and music was good, it kept us distracted and entertained while we waited.

I booked a reservation for outdoor seating and there wasn’t anything available. We tried to wait for an outdoor table to open up because it was freezing and packed inside but nothing. We decided to leave before we got our food. Drinks and food were overpriced

Ambiance is loud/clubby. Food is okay so overpriced. The servers wanted to take our half eaten plates. The server spilled someone else’s food and drinks over my new clothes and shoes. Manager saw the whole thing and didn’t even reduce the bill or anything. Totally embarrassing. Never going back or recommending!

We had amazing time! Bull riding was definitely an experience we would never forget. The food could have been a little better. But amazing guacamole!!!! Service was amazing!!! Thank you guys.

Love the vibe on Gozamba, great food, great service as well. A little too loud to enjoy conversations : ( Our reservation was 730pm on a Friday and left 9-ish
