   I made reservations for 2 on Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, our table was not ready on time, a bit of a bummer. However, we were invited to wait by the bar. It was the best decision ever. The drinks were excellent, live music was great, and the service was all one can ask for. The chef is heavily involved with his customers and treats everyone nicely as well as the staff. Now, the food was 10/10. I will definitely be returning.

   I would put 0 stars if possible. i made reservations weeks ahead of time for 8:30 pm when i arrived on valentines day i was told that they were over booked. i was informed that we might not get served yes you heard right MIGHT not get served on such a special occasion i was left out at sea with my date . what a great way to ruin a valentine night and i was the not only one i saw multiple couples leave because they were not going to be served. i didnt even get a "sorry for the inconvenience",this place needs to work on there customer service. i will never come here again and will tell all family and friends about this horrible experience.

   Booked a table 3 days early at 8:30pm, drove 30 minutes to get there just for them to say we have to wait another 2 hours. So what’s the meaning of reservation? Horrible service.

   Im not usually one to write reviews, but after reading the other ones, I do agree. My girlfriend and I pretty much had the same story as everyone else. We showed up for our reservation and were sadly told that the wait would be 2 and a half hours because they were over booked. What stood out to me though, was that another couple showed up right when we did. They were asked if they had a reservation, and they said they didn’t, but they knew the chef. The hostess then went inside and spoke to the chef and came back. She then told the couple they would be seated in a bit. My issue is imagine all of those couples that were turned down and had to wait a long period of time and were skipped due to special privilege.

   More like "Bozos"! If you are expecting to come here for a special night, be ready to have your plans ruined! Arrived on time for an 8:15PM Valentine's Day reservation, was told that they had to sit a list of more than 10 reservations first and it'll be a 1.5 hour wait after that for us. The lady in front laughed when I said "I have a reservation" like it was a joke. Also, I asked why they didn't call us to inform us, she just picked up the phone and ignored us. As we were leaving, we saw at least three other couples show up (and maybe 3 others waiting in their cars) ready for their special night. I feel bad for the ladies who put in all the work to look amazing only to be turned out so rudely. Never again, and I hope the NUMEROUS people who got rejected on such a special occasion chime in so people know about the crappy management and service!

   Reserved seats for 7:45. Was told we had to wait 2 hours for ours seats decided to cancel and go to another restaurant.. worst experience especially on a valentines day.

   We came here with a reservation at 6:00pm for Valentine’s Day and of course expected to wait a little bit but not an hour and 40 minutes! Was able to sit at the “bar” until seated and enjoyed some beers and live music. Finally, we sat down but did not get any service for another 20 minutes and with no apology for the extremely long wait, we had to ask for the complementary champagne. Starter was served, we ordered the spicy prawns and beef crostinis which were just ok. The crostinis were not toasted and the best part of the starter was the pineapple slaw that came with the prawns. For appetizers we had the arugula fig salad and the potatoe leek soup, the salad was underwhelming but the potatoe leek soup was delicious. For the main course we ordered the herb airline chicken and the beef Wellington which were delightful but the dough on the beef Wellington was raw. Chef came by the table to check on us after dinner and we let him know about the raw dough on the beef Wellington, he appreciated the feedback and ended up comping a couple beers I had already drank. We ended up driving thru weinersnitzel after to get a perfectly cooked beef Wellington (aka a corn dog) less than a 100’ away from the restaurant. FYI…There’s signs in the bathrooms that say do not flush even toilet paper (they must be flushing the raw Wellington down the toilet).

   Went for Valentine’s and yes they overbooked (New business) but their food and ambiance was on point. No one that actually sat down wanted to leave which I believe created the long wait !!! We had to wait 1 hour past our Valentine reservation. This never happens when we have went on regular occasions. Will definitely go back and understand the growing business pains. Delicious food!!!
