Pop up restaurant in the train station. Only house wine by the glass despite an extensive bottle menu, very loud and echo-y. After standing in line for 15 minutes, was told to come back closer to my reservation time that was coming up in 8 minutes. Ultimately we just got up and headed to a restaurant around the corner with open tables. Can't even recommend this as a quick bite before a train because there are better and less expensive options in the immediate vicinity.

Came here for brunch on Saturday 12/14/24- and it was very disappointing. The atmosphere is probably the only redeeming thing about the experience as it was decorated for the holidays. However, I can’t recommend anything else about it. The service was probably the worst part. The host staff and wait staff were not at all friendly or helpful. I honestly couldn’t believe how unfriendly and straight up rude our server was.. i kept wondering if I had done something wrong based on the way he was treating us. Had to ask for things several times until things we ordered finally came. Just abysmal. The food was extremely overpriced given how bland and cold everything was. French fries came out cold - both orders. Same with my omelette. And I’m pretty sure they forgot to give us bread. Such a shame and wish I could get a refund for this meal.

I’ve never experienced worse service in my entire life. Wanted to come here to kill two birds with one stone as I am showing two friends who have never been to NYC before-see grand central and eat. From someone who visits NYC 2-3 times a year- go see grand central for what it is, and eat somewhere else.

After waiting 1/2 hour with reservations made over a month ago, the maître d’ still had no clue when we would be seated. There was a whole pile of people with reservations earlier than us experiencing the same thing, including a group that had been waiting for over 1 hour. Exasperated, we gave up and found a nice restaurant around the block that seated us right away. Something is wrong.

Place was cool and the bar complete and beautiful. Lovely ambience in a holiday spirit atmosphere and the food was good. Had to ask for water and bread, but service was otherwise good!
