    My husband and I went for the Thanksgiving buffet. Second year in a row. Food was excellent as well as the service. The Bloody Mary was really good! Buffet was kept stocked with hot food. The ambience was perfect. Now just kick back and enjoy the rest of the day!

    Excellent food and impeccable service by a very sweet waitress. We chose from the twighlight menu at a fantastic value. Portions were generous. Crabcake was phenomenal. Add in the beautiful ambience of the historic building and you can't go wrong. Stop in The Gandy Dancer for a cocktail. Beautiful bar.

    Great food and service. Festive environment! Unfortunately they put whole crab legs in broth of Cioppino, making for a very messy meal! Delicious, need to request on side next time. Nice reasonable wine list. A favorite for a special occasion.

    This was A Birthday dinner for me that my wife wanted to set up. We had 4 of our friends who joined us for this.The service was be on Perfect. Our Waiter (Nell) Went way about great. I used to live in Pgh. for Manny years.( Things Have changed a great deal in 20 years) This Restaurant in this building is Fantastic. The Food was very good. I used to know the Man that ran Station Square. (William Roberts) And he was in our Lodge. So I have been there many years ago. Keep up what your doing. I will be back. Jack

    I'd heard that the Sunday brunch buffet was not as good as it used to be, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. The food really is not as good as it was pre-Covid. Of course the building is fantastic and service was excellent. Cold shrimp was tough (overcooked?) and roast beef was overly salty.

    First time there. I will definitely not be returning. For $45.00 I was expecting way more variety of food. The food was not hot even though it was placed under a food lamp. I did enjoy the waffles and pasta because it was served hot. The food was not getting replaced in a timely manner. The salad was soggy and not enjoyable.

    Wonderful food, great atmosphere. love the selection. Only complaint was after dining here about six times- This was the only time we ever had an issue with service. Our server did not come to check and offer drinks until my partner and I were both on our third trip to the buffet. We only saw her three times . other tables had VERY attentive service.

    It’s been years since we’ve had brunch at the Grand Concourse. The food selection was plentiful and tasted great. Our only complaint was our wait staff. Although our wait staff was friendly they were not often seen and getting coffee refills was sparse. Not sure it was our seating area. Once seated we waited about 5 minutes and then decided to walk around and see the options. Seated again for a minute or so and then decides to help ourselves to the buffet. A few minutes after we sat down our waitress appeared. Other than that great food and will return.

    Had to wait for 40 minutes for drinks to come. My daughter was always waiting for her food when we all had ours for abut 8 minutes. Service was just not good for the amount of the bill.
