    Exceptional venue with spectacular view of the cityscape. Dined at twilight with a table in the River Room; delightful! Service was exemplary; allowed us to converse as we enjoyed the dining experience. Service was present, but not intrusive, and the evening proceeded properly. Crab cakes were perfect and the red snapper was done perfectly. Salads were fresh and bountiful. How do you spell perfect evening?

    I really hate having a reservation and then having to wait. We waited 30 minutes for a table along with many others. Apparently it’s very common to wait during the second seating because the staff can’t control when people leave. I still think the management needs to correct this.

    Grand Concourse is our special event go to, birthdays, anniversaries. it is a beautiful environment, friendly staff, good fresh food.

    Our experience as usual was incredible! Taylor, the manager is always accommodating! She always ensures we are satisfied with every aspect of our experience. Her professionalism, and commitment to her position and her patrons goes above and beyond. Taylor is the main reason we frequent Grand concourse! Thank you Taylor and our server Noelle!

    Great, as usual. Took friends from out of town. They fell in love with the environment, architecture, and food. Had to promise to bring the back the next time they visit.

    The service was very slow. Our group didn’t mind and we enjoyed a relaxing meal. However, the food was awful. All of the food was dry and overcooked. The mashed potatoes were the consistency of glue and crusty on top from sitting under a warmer. The presentation was awful and everyone’s food was bland and unimaginative. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and were very disappointed. We have dined here many times and will not return for a while based on this experience.
