    Brunch was great, friendly staff, liked that the Buffet's are divided up among the restaurant so the lines were low, only complaint was waiting for the drinks but enjoyed everything else 🙂

    Everything was excellent except for the lady working the omelet/fresh donut. She was extremely rude when i stepped away for a moment to help my mom over to the area. Then when I returned she berated me for walking away without know what cheese I wanted in my omelet which was listed as chedder and she put feta in it and then got angry again when i said no I wanted cheddar which is what was listed in the meat lovers omelet. I even let that all go Then when I went to the donut station I got screamed at and berated for leaving the tongs where the donuts where and told to put it back where the sign was and when I said the was no sign she picked it up and yelled it's right here....she ruined an otherwise awesome experience with the attitude...otherwise everyone else was great very attentive and the food was really good...the only other complaint was we were asked if it was a special occasion and it was my mom's and daughters bday and no one even acknowledged their birthdays

    Crowded as per usual on a Sunday, but the food was delicious and plentiful and the valley parking was a godsend

    We were celebrating an 80th Birthday and it was good food and atmosphere. Our waiter was very attentive to the table.

    Hostess was overwhelmed, very little communication. People waiting to be seated while a baby shower was taking place. Main room was being set up for a wedding- boxes everywhere. For the price we expected a better experience. Our waiter was great and very knowledgeable on history of the Grand Concourse. Food was mediocre at best. Soup was creamy broth with a measly crouton. Salmon was just ok nothing remarkable. The drinks were the best part.

    We celebrated our anniversary at the Grand Concourse. The building itself is a marvel, massive in scale and very special. We were seated in a side room with a direct view of the river and the city skyline... at night, this was magical. The food was excellent -- each item served at peak of freshness and unusual preparations -- and portions were sizable. The staff were engaging and helpful. We would definitely return on our next trip to Pittsburgh.

    Server was stretched too thin. He was friendly and genuine but forgot things. Beautiful view, gorgeous interior. Food was good.
