   Enjoyed our meal again at The GC. Some of the dishes were missing items we started with the Ravioli as an app and it was missing the basil chiffonade and nothing said to us. The Chicken Schnitzel missing the potato “croutons” but they replaced with mashed potatoes. The chicken with was 4 pounded tenders(not a full breast) were well cooked and topped with plenty of arugula salad. The Crispy duck very well prepared and matched well with sweet mashed potatoes. Server was very attentive. Dessert was good. Basic lava cake, which seemed to fall apart on one side, with a smaller scoop of ice cream on top than last time we dined here. Will definitely be back to dine cause overall a nice time.

   The last time I went for brunch at the Grand Concourse was before the pandemic. The experience was good at that time. My experience this time was less than pleasurable. We had reservations and still was not seated for over a half hour. No explanation or apology. The way the stations are set up all over the restaurant is confusing and not considerate of the elderly that may have mobility issues. I can only compare it to Squid Games. Sensory overload with the noise and confusion. There was little to no direction as to where certain foods were or what. The food was mediocre at best. The dust in some areas was quite visible which indicated to me little to no caring about details.

   Seated 22 minutes after our Open Table reservation that we confirmed twice (day brand day of). Almost made us late for the concert afterwards. Didn’t get the room we asked for. Buffet stations were disorganized with long lines. Worse than Golden Corral on a Saturday night. Waitress was missing in action 99% of the time. No coffee creamer. No directions to buffet stations. Had to flag her down to pay. Unprofessional. Other than that rant, all the food (once we found it and stood in long lines) was delicious and outstanding. Food was great 5 out of 5 But the chaos and poor service took away from the fantastic food

   Went for lunch, menu selection and food was very good, unfortunately they had the dining area closed for the day that over looked the river so that was disappointing. Our waiter was ok not very friendly.

   Station Square has gone downhill so drastically that it's creepy to even go there. The parking lot was filthy and the pay station machine didn't work. The Grand Concourse itself remains a magnificent venue. The food was mediocre at best. Our server Moses made the dining experience enjoyable but even his charming personality couldn't make up for the poor quality of the food.

    Restaurant is very expensive for the quality of the food and service. Steak was no where near the quality of other similar restaurants. I have no problem paying for a quality meal. However the service and quality was lacking. It will me a long time before I go back to this restaurant.
