   Girls night out. Food was good but came out a little cold and we had to wait for one dinner as it wasn't placed until after the rest were brought out. The appetizer we ordered came out with the dinners as that was also forgotten. The service, while nice, was super slow. Overall ok.

   I’ve been to grand Hacienda at other locations. This was my first time here and I have to say it was the best one yet. This place is comfortable, the food is great and the staff is amazing. I will definitely be coming back here.

   We've been here a number of times and each time there have been great things, and not so great things. The service has always been pretty good, but never outstanding. We love the tableside guac because we can control the amount of lime in it. The stuff from the kitchen always has way too much for our tastes. However, two criticisms. As much as we've had the tableside guac, it has been inconsistent in regards to quality and quantity. The first time we had it, the avocados were huge. Then the next time they were tiny in comparison, cutting the portion size significantly. On this visit, the avocados clearly weren't ripe enough, and you could taste it and feel it in the texture. The salsa has always been fantastic and consistent. Same with the chips. I do feel the prices are elevated to that of other Mexican places, while the portion sizes are less. Food quality overall though is pretty good.

   My family has dined here now 3-4 times and we've found the restaurant to be quite inconsistent. The first meal we ever had was fantastic, but each one since has gone down a bit in quality, taste, and service. The chips and salsa are fantastic. The tableside guac is also fantastic, but it took over 15 minutes to get someone to our table to make it. The service overall was a little lacking, with drinks empty several times. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. The food itself was ok. Steak for the fajitas looked fantastic, but tasted somewhat bland, and the chimichanga had the taste and look of being fried in old oil, or oil that needed to be filtered. We'll be back, to work through a few more things on the menu, but another meal like this would likely deter us from a return visit.

   This was our first time visiting a grand Hacienda restaurant. The service was very good. Our server was very friendly and helpful, and even when we came in the restaurant, the reader was very helpful and friendly. The food on the other hand definitely needed work. I had the chicken Campero, which was the chicken with mushrooms and onions and nacho sauce. The sauce and mushrooms and onions were good, but the chicken itself tasted like a very processed piece of chicken breast. Kind of like something you would expect at a chilies restaurant the portions were rather small as well, not what I would expect at a Mexican restaurant. You get your first basket of chips, free, which surprised me because most Mexican restaurants give you all the chips you want for free. They also charged me a dollar for a side order of corn tortillas and other restaurants. Just give those to you. My partner had the tamales which she said “they were nothing to write home about”. kind of small as well. overall our bill came for two people for $73 which I thought was pretty steep.  my partner had the tamales which she said “they were nothing to write home about“. For my money, I would rather go to a different Mexican restaurant like Vallarta on Highway 54 in Collier. They always have great food and a live mariachi band on Friday nights.
