   It was super busy in there tonight. We were seated at the time of our reservation. There was a group of 40+ people, I was worried we would have to wait for food. Our server, with the help of other servers and hostesses, got our drinks and took our order in a timely matter. Our food came out quickly. I was super impressed with the staff, and how they operated on such a busy night! Excellent food (as always) and service!

   The food was its usual excellent, as was the service. It is hard not to overdo it when everything is so good. Biscuits were like a genuine Southern grandma made them. The French toast delicious, soft and fluffy and the strawberry compote made it. The cheesy hash browns irresistible. The prime rib perfectly medium rare. Eggs Benedict the only way to have your eggs. All with Bloody Marys, constant coffee refills, and caramel rolls. This is why every other brunch in the area is compared to Granite City 's.

   There were five of us in our party. We all had different things, and everything was delicious. Will definitely be back again soon.

   My whole family felt welcome and at ease while we celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday. Our food was perfect and our server, Zachary was very good at answering questions and was so friendly! He really did make the night that much more fun!

   Waitress was amazing we sat in a booth by the bar! Bar staff were kind and friendly. Waitress checked in on us. We ended up staying longer than we planned to because we had such a great place to visit. Brunch was outstanding. We will be back!!

   The food and service is what keeps Granite City the standard by which every other brunch in the area is judged against. Ethan provided fantastic service.

   There was 4 of us eating, 3 meals came out and veggies were cold and the 4th meal didn't come out until the other 3 were done eating. I even had my leftovers packed up in to go container before the 4th meal came out. They comped the one meal hut I'm sorry it made us 3 very uncomfortable and feeling bad for the 4th person. It definitely put a damper on the evening for all of us. The waiter did explain that the kitchen kinda fell apart and when the 4th dish finally came out it was so salty you couldn't eat it. This was Valentine night. I was very disappointed

   Food was ok, some items cold, no steak knives available, told to use my butter knife. I think our waiter forgot about us at times, nearly 2 hours from time we walked in until walking out.
