   Waited an hour and 20 mins for our reservation and waged another 30 mins for food. Waitress was very sweet and attentive but the food was not very good and overall not sure I’ll ever go back

   Made reservations for Valentine’s Day but they allowed everyone to do the same which made our wait time for our table an hour later. We had the Valentine’s Day special, the entree came out before the appetizer and the salads. Others around us had the same issue. Not a good experience at all for a nice Valentine’s Day dinner. One of our steaks was too rare, we asked to put it back on a couple more minutes and it came out burnt. The dessert duo special was literally a small cupcake thrown on a plate. Nothing nice about it at all. Very disappointing. Others around us had their meal discounted but our waiter did not talk to us, was not personable. Overall dinner lasted 3 hrs for 2 of us. A wasted night.

   Went there on Valentine’s Day with no assumption that it would be slow. We had a reservation for 6:30. Arrived and they were behind on seating. So we waited until 7:05 to get seated. We were “greated” promptly and then ordered water and drinks. We got both of those and then ordered wings. We got those about 15 mins later and started eating them. Waiter still hasn’t come back to take our meal order. 25 mins later we finished the wings and found a shrimp mixed in with them. Gross! Luckily not allergic but still gross. We finally ordered about 7:45 the waiter came back and asked if we were just having wings tonight? Ummm no you just never asked for our order. Finally get our food fish and chips. Greasy and over cooked. Minuscule portion of cold fries. Lemons on my plate and tarter on my wife’s but she had no lemons and I had no tarter. Go figure. Still no silverware, mind you a table that came after us was already eating and received a second corse of silverware. So while we didn’t expect the moon going out on a Friday Valentine’s Day, there was some expectation of getting our food and eating before other people who arrived after us. All in $100 for 2.5hrs. No wonder they were behind on seating. Wouldn’t mind being contacted by someone.

   Had a reservation for 6:30 place was crowded waited and extra 50 minutes to be seated. Very disorganized for the dinner shift. Brunch is always much better as far as service and quality

   We had reservations on Valentine's Day. Our reservation was for 6:30. We were seated at 7:40. Even though we had a reservation, they saw people seated walking before us. They only allowed 45 minutes for dinner, so they were backed up all night. I watched many people leave before they got seated or got their food.

   Waited 50 minutes past our our reservation time due to too many reservations taken and not adequate staffing for the evening. Once seated, server was great and did her best even working an entire room by herself.

   Okay, it was a holiday. But they way overbooked! Half an hour to get a table after 3 requests. 45 minutes after that, still no food. We had to eat our salad and leave, and we were late to our show. They should have limited reservations to the amount they could actually serve. The waiter was nice, but He couldn't do much. The kitchen was way behind, yet they were also taking tons of take-out orders!

   We had a bit of a wait on Valentine’s Day even with reservation but it was still a great experience! Delicious food! Loved the spinach artichoke dip chicken and carrot cake!!

   Very poor service. Waitress (Audrey C) forgot to take our order, and gave us the wrong ticket and wasn’t able to see the receipt until after we paid. We were there for 2 hours. The food was great though!

    Our server was Franklin and he was outstanding. Very friendly and we were never waiting on anything and we never felt rushed
