We needed a simple place to actually relax and enjoy a meal and this was a STAR! There was music and since we arrived early evening very little "chatter". Our drinks were good, food was timed for us to enjoy each course. You have the option of keeping it simple - burger and a side, or enjoying a full meal. The flounder was especially good -- fresh, not overdone, light topping and the meal was very good. Definitely will go back.

Friendly staff. Good atmosphere until the loud singers started. Limited menu choices.

It took a long time for our food to come. The flounder didn’t even look like it was cooked and was sent back. When it was returned it looked the same. Pork chop was just ok , but the strip steak was just ok. We will not be returning unless maybe for a drink at the bar to hear the live music on a Friday or Saturday night.

Very nicely decorated. Food was good. Portions were big. Menu is small but well done. Only disappointment was no chocolate for dessert.

The pork chop was cooked perfectly. Carmelized apples and onion were spot-on as the topping for the chop, just the right amount of sweetness without overpowering the meat. Emerald, the executive chef, came out to greet us and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Leave room for dessert. Emerald makes the desserts herself, and they are truly a treat. The vanilla bean layer cake was yummy, and the Pavlova was special. Graze always pleases me with their unusual offerings, right in Locust Grove, VA!

Very good food and a nice selection of fine wines gor a perfect paring. Attentive and knowledge staff were a plus too. Also very good live entertainment on the weekends. Great place for a anniversary or special occasion dinner.

We made a reservation and when we arrive, we were told the steakhouse did not have any steak. The reason told to us was due to the distributor not delivery any meat. So we were told they had a great pork chop. Since we were already there we decided to stay and try the pork chop. It was dry and not very good. Price was very costly for what we had. Menu is very limited! We will give it one more chance but if steak is not available in a steak house, we won't be back. Too Costly for mediocre food.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. You have our apologies as we did run out of steaks before your arrival. Due to supply chain issues which are destroying the restaurant industry our menu is limited. Also, please be advised our costs have risen by 80%. We enjoyed our meal. This was our first time here the owner came up and welcomed us. The food was beyond good. My husband had a burger and he said it was the best burger he ever had. I had a filet so so tender and cooked to perfection. I would recommend everyone try this place if able to.

Selections are not plentiful. It sounds like a country bar. Service was wonderful. Desserts are small sizes. Decor (empy wine bottles on all surfaces) was tacky. Waitress Amanda was extremely attentive and very pleasant. Food is good but do not order the black and blue. I would recommend but with qualifications.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Glad you were happy with service. However why would you feel the need to be negative regarding our decor. Also, why would you disparage our selections and our offerings. Please be more considerate and speak to the manager onsite with complaints instead of in a public forum during a brutal pandemic.
