Grazie Bistro was a delightful dining discovery! We went in for an early dinner so it was quiet and relaxing. The menu was pretty extensive. Lots of choices from fine dining to burgers and pizza if you wanted something laid back. We were greeted warmly and our server was just a lovely person. We started with the Crab Arancini which was perfectly prepared... light and full of crab. No fillers! I had the fresh made Papparadelle with Bolognese. The portion was perfect and it was so delicious I ate the whole thing! I also had the Caesar salad which was beyond mundane. It actually looked elegant and tasted scrumptious. My husband order the Pear salad and the Chicken with green peppercorn sauce. Both were excellent. We had to try a dessert since everything else had been so yummy. Ordered a lemon tart served with vanilla gelato and didn't leave a bite! I think it's important that patrons recognize that this restaurant is not a pizza joint. It is a fine dining experience and I have to say as someone who is a really good home chef and a very experienced restaurant goer that THIS spot hits the spot. I will definitely be frequenting it. The prices are SO reasonable to score even extra brownie points. Honestly, I can't say enough.

Very good food and service; our entrees and desserts were delicious. We have dined here before, sometimes having the same entrees; the consistency is impressive.

Excellent cuisine. This was my second visit, and Grazi Bistro is one of the finest restaurants in the greater Princeton area. I lived in central Italy, and their culinary offerings take me back to Perugia and the best restaurants there. If you want an authentic Italian haute cuisine, grab your friends and make a reservation. I was introduced by a friend, and then brought a friend—who left saying she was going to bring a friend… so reservations are a must. It’s byob—and there are nightly specials as well. 5 star. Definitely.
