The Green Parrot Villa transforms into a restaurant Sundays. We offer a vibrant setting for an all-you-can-eat Champagne Sunday brunch. Come enjoy the sounds and foods of Mexico backed by our LIVE mariachi. The mariachi band performs at various settings throughout the venue, so everyone is assured the same unique experience. The brunch menu features a taco bar with authentic hand-made tortillas, fresh fruit, made-to-order omelets, and a variety of Mexican entrees and sides including pozole and menudo.
For those who would like to continue an afternoon full of culture and history the Bowers Museum is right across from the villa. The museum's permanent collection features notable pieces of pre-Columbian Mesoamerica and Native American art. One mile away are the Downtown Santa Ana Bars and Shops for those who want to enjoy shopping and premium drinks.

This is our second time celebrating family member’s birthday. We came in a group of 15 or more people and it was a very good experience both times. The food is wonderful fresh warm constantly kept up clean areas and our servers were very attentive. The per person is very good overall. Mariachis very good music and we will continue to celebrate birthdays and enjoy family brunch at the green parrot Villa.

This is a Mexican buffet. There is no Italian or traditional American combination… I went here for a birthday and was very disappointed in the quality of the food.

The food was delicious. The service was amazing. The ambient was a vibe. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit celebrating a birthday and plan on coming back for more celebrations 🥳

What made this experience the best was how nice the staff was. The food was great, ambience was great, 10/10 I’ll be back.

GREAT MEXICAN FOOD BRUNCH at an amazing price and in a beautiful courtyard. It even includes bottomless champagne, and live mariachi music!

I celebrated my 30th birthday at Green Parrot Villa with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The buffet-style Mexican food was absolutely delicious, and the bottomless champagne got me buzzed! I do wish they offered complimentary orange juice to pair with the champagne, though. Our waiter was very attentive, and the live mariachi band was great. The outside seating area provided a wonderful ambiance, making it the perfect spot for any special occasion. Overall, Green Parrot Villa is a fantastic brunch destination for celebrations!
