   Service so slow and took over 20 mins for our order to be told some wasnt available, then an hour and 10 mins before food come out. And when we questioned why, were actually argued with as to what the 'ticket says' re the order time. Please train your staff Greendale! It's not rocket science.

   The waitress got muddled when taking order which was ok. Then the drinks order was wrong when it arrived. We had to wait 40 mins for food waitress apologised she was surprised we had waited so long. We were not asked if food was ok which it was absolutely delicious Our plates weren’t cleared and we wasn’t asked if we wanted anything else so we left.

   Have used Greendale many times over the past couple of years, today was disappointing. The attention by the waiting staff was excellent as usual. However the food was not to its usual standard. We had scrambled eggs on toast. According to the menu three eggs would be used per portion. It was clear that this was not the case. At best it was two eggs per portion. I work in the industry and I know the difference between a two and three portion of scrambled eggs. It might just be one meal, but that one meal sadly taints the memory of all the other excellent meals.

   We had to wait for around an hour for food when it arrived it wasn’t hot just warm the chips were over cooked. The staff have changed since the last time we were here half the kids had trousers hanging off them not what I want to see when I’m eating. There seemed to be more staff hanging about the counter gossiping than serving. I’m disappointed as we used to love coming here wont be back until the next rotation of students come through and maybe we’ll try again.

    The best cooked pork I have eaten for a long time excellent value for money so tasty cooked perfectly the crackling to die for perfect
