    They cancelled my booking an hour before with no explanation given. Did not respond to me when I asked them to re book it.

    Not bad. Waiter probably the doziest and slowest I’ve ever met. The restaurant was empty but took ages for him to take an order.

    Staff at the bar were stressed and rude. Seemed like they could not manage the crowd. Staff were not aware of their Happy Hours offer advertised. Ended up paying full price just to get served. Table service was a little quicker than the bar, but did not have the option to order all items. Abit of a mess overall.

    Really confusing staff - no service, bar staff were great. It was noisy, the food was either ok or poor. Would not eat there again.

    Booked a table for England Scotland. Place was packed. Good fun and atmosphere but staff were over run. Difficult to get drinks delivered to table. Food was really good. We would have drunk more if we could have got served!

    The service was unfortunately terrible. It took 3 attempts just for them to pour a simple whisky and soda. We were at table, so each attempt a good 5 to 10 minutes. They were only at about 50% capacity and the service was poor - I would hate to be there when they are actually busy. We stayed for 3 rounds of drinks, but had to leave after that as it was simply too painful.
