Always a great experience. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The food is kept fresh and there are so many great options. I can't wait to come back for the dim sum buffet!

Mondays Web page said Chef's choice (in house favorites) but when we got there it said Chinese new year so just chinese food . Thats OK but Chinese New Year was last week. So chinese food with no ginger beef , no egg rolls, no salt and pepper shrimp, no sweet and sour chicken. Been here many times on Chinese night and we had all those and more. Disappointing since we brought some jewish friends and the main dish was Pork. Can't figure out an automictic Tip of 18% on a buffet where we do all the work. Never got our water glasses refilled after the first sit down, had to signal the waitress busy chatting on the other side of the restaurant when we wanted water and Coffee - she was very friendly but again - why 18% automatic tip - I know we had a group of 6 so standard in restaurants but only when waitress is serving us -I have no problem giving 20% then - but this is a buffet !! - again we did all the work !!. disappointing - we will think twice before coming again with a bigger group.

We celebrated both my girls birthday here yesterday, as they reached adulthood. Being here for the 1st time for them was such a great day. They got their birthday vouchers and at the same time, they were able to finally able to join us for the prime-rib experience we normally rave to them about. The servers were super nice and very accommodating that they tried to do their best to honour our request to sing for my girls. They even gave them a very delicious slices of birthdays cakes. My girls definitely had a great time considering it's their 1st experience. Thank you again to the guest service staffs and the servers. One of the reasons why we keep coming back is coz of the food and experience.

This is the second time my husband have come for date night. My experience was awesome. The food was great, the folks were courteous and the hotel is lovely and clean we stayed in a newly renovated room which was beautiful. We enjoyed the casino which was fun and this time I won some money which is always grand. I so appreciate the free coffee at anytime and being a coffee lover I love it. Thank you for the great experience I have plans to come back in March to an event. I had thought to try a different casino/hotel experience but I don’t think I will.

So nice to be so close to the event we were attending and have access to delicious food plus a huge breakfast the next day.

This was our first time at the Prime Rib Buffet night and it did not disappoint. The Prime Rib was amazing, cooked to a perfect medium rare but if you wanted it done a bit more they had that too. The rest of the buffet was great as well. Our server Ricky was fantastic, we never once had to ask for a refill or napkins or anything, Easily the best service we've had at a restaurant in a long time. Thanks for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Had to flag people down over 10 minutes like I was being ignored to even get a drink, asked for water never did get water I was on my second plate of food before I even had a drink offered to me this is my first bad bad experience but I know other casinos have buffet as well so I’ll probably try a different location cause of the experience
