We had reservations and it took me four times to mention my name before the receptionist understood it. She kept asking “first,last name”, until someone took over to help her. We were served a pop with a very dirty glass, there was debris of some sort of mashed potato sticked inside the glass, they replaced it, but no apology told to us, they just brought another one like nothing happened. The wall by the dining table where we were seated has some splashed of food not cleaned for a long time. We left the restaurant without receiving a “thank you” greeting from the front people. Not worth the money for the service and cleanliness. Food are delicious but very few choices.

They were having a rough time. We had an 11am reservation. After 11, there were still breakfasts coming from the kitchen! Most of the unoccupied tables were dirty, with nobody to clean them! They couldn't open the buffet because there were no available tables. Even our reserved table sat for 30 minutes with dirty dishes on it!. We were told they were short staffed, but no managers to be seen! Not the best experience, and yet still very expensive for lunch. ☹️

You can’t go wrong when you choose the Grey Eagle buffet. Lots of variety with great presentation and taste. Perfect dining experience.

Excellent dining experience overall. I brought my elderly parents who were in town for the holidays, for the Friday night prime rib roast buffet on December 27th. From the hostess staff, servers to bussers - top notch attention and care. Lots of food choices to meet every dietary need - this was my third time visiting and the best yet! Would recommend open table reservation to guarantee a table. An added bonus - not relevant to the buffet but I got to attend my first pow wow happening for free at the adjoining event centre. My heart was full! My only complaint has to do with the casino - nothing to do with the restaurant - why oh why do you allow cigarette smoking is absolutely beyond me. We wanted to sit and watch the World Junior hockey game (Canada vs Latvia) but due to the smoke I couldn’t enjoy the lounge area by the sports booking. I also had to walk through the smoking zone to get to the event centre to check out the pow wow. Either step up your ventilation or ban indoor smoking altogether, please.

Excellent buffet and service. Glad we had a reservation as it was Christmas lunch. the guests without reservations had quite a long wait

Went for Christmas Eve dinner with the family and was welcomed with wonderful service. Was slightly disappointed with the buffet variety as we were expecting slightly more choices, however the food that was made tasted delicious. Thankful for all those working Christmas eve. Thankyou for making the night memorable for my family.

Always love eating at the buffet. The food is great and there is a large selection. All the staff is very friendly and efficient. Even with the larger crowds at Christmas, the trays are always full and the food is fresh. Love it there.

When we arrived we were given nothing but tired attitude from the server. We had to ask for napkins, plus other items. Very unfriendly and disappointing especially since it was a special Christmas Eve lunch buffet. If you're tired and sad don't take ot out in the customers. Terrible. I still left a good tip because I was in the Christmas spirit but I would never have left one otherwise. Food itself was just okay. There was a good selection of desserts which were tasty.
