   We had a phenomenal experience at Grille 3501! We arrived early for our reservations and were seated right away despite the restaurant appearing full & bustling. We commuted 40 minutes from Albrightsville for a change of pace during our week-long stay in the Poconos / Jim Thorpe area. A table of foodies (including a caterer & former restaurant owner) found Grille 3501 to be the best meal of the trip. Every appetizer, cocktail, beer, entree, dessert, and wine choice rendered us a chorus of “oohs” and “ahhs”.” The meal inspired our own cross-cultural cuisine experimentation upon our return home. The service was friendly, quick, and provided stellar recommendations and guidance. Our table was tucked into a corner of the restaurant without much to see, however, the main dining room was lovely. Stop reading reviews and go there, seriously!

   Special holiday menus tend to be a disappointment, but this one was excellent, and the cocktails and food were superb.

   Two appertizers were both A+ : Pork Belly and Crispy Eggplant. Both main dishes were A : Chilean Seabass and Lobster Thermido, while the only disappointment was the icecream - Apple Cider Donuts? Service was impecable, and the seating was perfect.

It is unfortunate to hear that you did not find the Apple Cider Donut ice cream to your liking. Our ice cream is from a local ice cream shop located in the Lehigh Valley called 'Batch.'    Had a fantastic Christmas Eve Eve dinner, drinks were top of the line(as always), apps and entrees were creative and delicious. Very friendly service too.

   Never disappoints! Had a fantastic meal for my birthday. Highly recommend the pear martini, Chilean sea bass, and butterscotch cake. Tomato soup was an amazing starter. Jordan was super nice and gave great service. 10⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The Lamb Bolognaise was nice, although disappointing. This is is an entree I would never order again.

   My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grille 3501 to celebrate his birthday, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The quality of the food was exceptional—everything from the appetizers to the entrees was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. A nice touch was when the manager stopped by our table to check in, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised when they offered us complimentary dessert, a thoughtful gesture due to the power outage during our previous visit (which, of course, was no fault of the restaurant). Grille 3501 continues to impress with its great food, excellent service, and thoughtful customer care. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

    I had the rib eye sandwich with salad and the chicken dumplings. It was all tasty, fresh, well-plated. The service was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back soon. An Allentown gem.
