    Best food I’ve had in a long time! Everything was served hot and fresh, and the taste was out of this world. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and fast. From start to finish, it was an amazing dining experience. I will definitely be back again!

    We always enjoy dining at Grotto. The business lunch with the Grotto salad, chicken Grotto, and wedding cake are always delicious. We always enjoy seeing the manager who does an exceptional job of welcoming customers and is always personable and nice. Our server did an outstanding job of providing exceptional customer service. We look forward to dining at Grotto again soon.

    The service was excellent. However, both my meal and my wife's were cold when served. Since we were a party of 6, we did not to make a fuss, so we did not bring this to anyone's attention.

    We met friends for lunch after not having the chance to visit Grotto in a while. It was s wonderful as we remembered and had a delightful meal with excellent service.

    I was in Houston (Galleria area) for a work conference, and we picked Grotto off the internet. Easy reservations were made, and the host greeted us warmly and showed us to our table. One member of our party of four was late, so we ordered drinks, and they brought us warm bread to tide us over. When our party was complete, we ordered, and there were a couple of special requests that were agreed to by the waiter without any problem. The food came out fast and hot and was delicious. We were on business, so we asked for separate checks, and again, that was no problem. Great meal and a lovely time had by all.

    Everything from the bread, appetizers, and main dishes was outstanding. Our waiter and his team took amazing care of us the entire evening. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back.
