   This was our first visit as we just moved to Lakewood Ranch. We went for Christmas meal. The hostess was very welcoming and kind. Service was quick and centered on us as customers. The food quality was just average. My snapper was very dry as was the bread basket. The two others had steak and indicated they were both cooked as ordered. Although both had to wait to get steak knives for several minutes. The table behind us also did not receive a steak knifes and was still waiting for one as we were leaving. Need better attention to detail. We sat on the patio and the atmosphere was nice. Dessert and drinks were creative and good.

   Definitely not worth the money $44 for a ribeye, the mashed potatoes weren’t even real. They didn’t have any steak knives to cut the ribeye definitely not worth the money will not return.

   We returned to the Grove after a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. I was a little disappointed that this time our waitress informed us that we could make no substitutions for the sides. So we just asked that they not put the side we didn't want, which they did. I was also disappointed in my prime rib, which was a very thin cut. But overall It was a nice dinner.

   Christmas Eve Dinner: Party of 6: Worst dinner we've ever had. Seated at 6:55pm. Took 15-20 minutes before waitress came over. Finally brought us water. Had to ask for bread 2 times. Ordered drinks, wine came pretty quick but mixed drinks took a while. Never got the beer or Diet Coke ordered. Food order took forever and it was terrible. Stake was chard on the outside and raw on the inside. Stuffed lobster tail was tuff and rubbery. Prime Rib was not very good. Wasabi Tuna was over cooked. Waitress never came back to fill our water glassed. When asked how everything was we stated not good. Response was "Sorry to hear that" then she just walked away. Made a complaint to manager who comped some of our food. Waitress was angry we complained and threw our bill down on the table and left. They had the nerve to add a 20 percent gratuity to the bill. We will never go back to this Restaurant. GROVE Lakewood Ranch was very disappointing... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

   Server was the worst we ever say .had to ask for everything from water refills to drinks .he didn't check on our meal had to ask about our soup,salad then had to ask for bread and butter

   Fantastic cocktails at the bar with our favorite bartender-Jennifer. Great meal as well-food is always on point and never disappoints.

   Not a great night, staff were more into their conversations, not respectful of creating a comfortable environment. Food was fine, drinks took a while. Just poor staff and no sign of management oversight. Have been there 4 other times when busy and was much better.

    Our appetizers didn’t arrive and by the time we asked about them, they were brought out with our main courses. We asked for them to take them back and remove from the bill. Our drinks were not refilled. My main course was not hot and another person’s fries were cold. Overall disappointed with the experience.
